Health Facilities
At Baba Farid College of Engineering & Technology, we place a strong emphasis on the health and well-being of our students, faculty, and staff. The campus houses a dedicated Health Care Centre spread over an area of 710 sq. ft., comprising two medical rooms equipped with essential healthcare facilities. The centre includes two beds for patient rest and observation and is staffed by a qualified nurse to provide immediate medical assistance and first aid. A visiting doctor is available at scheduled times to offer medical consultations and support for minor ailments.
For situations requiring advanced medical attention, BFCET has established tie-ups with nearby reputed hospitals to ensure timely and efficient referrals. To further strengthen emergency preparedness, a 24×7 ambulance service is available on campus, fully equipped with first-aid kits, oxygen support, and essential emergency equipment. Health and safety measures are integrated into daily campus life, with first-aid kits placed in departments, hostels, and laboratories. Regular health awareness programs, hygiene drives, and preventive care sessions are also organized to promote a culture of wellness and care within the campus community.
